“…And Justice For All” – A Quote and Bonus Poem Challenge – Day 2

“You can do it your own way–if its done just how I say!” ~Metallica

A media to dope the masses
with opiates of devious design
primers and queues…
bread crumbs and clues…
leading to dead-ends!

false sense of individuality
downloaded willingly
stupidity beyond measure
as chains affix tightly
like a noose around our necks

“you can do it your own way…”
“…if it’s done just how I say.”
“pulling your strings—justice is done”
“justice is lost, justice is raped…”
“…justice is gone.”

Thanks Nathalie for thinking of me and the nomination for this challenge! It is my hope and anyone reading this will go check out Nat over at Arwenaragornstar!! You will not be disappointed!

I have no specific nominees for this challenge; rather, I wish to present this as an open challenge for everyone reading this! I urge you to challenge yourself and spread this to others!

The rules for this challenge are:

  1. Each day for three consecutive days post a quote (any quote – you can even come up with your own) and a poem to accompany it.
  2. On each day nominate 3 bloggers for the challenge.
  3. Don’t forget to thank the blogger who nominated you

  1. Yeah, I’m really feeling this! We gotta be twins or something because I so could have written this 😉
Oh, and from what I’ve heard over the years, Metallica might be Gods in many ways but they’re real a******s when it comes to copyrights and all that…so I *would* worry about Lars complaining about this.
(sorry, I’m so conflicted about this band for that reason)
